The Process of People's Political Participation towards Local Government Organizations in Theform of a Municipality (Case Study Of 3 Municipalities) in Khon San District Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract

The objectives of this study (1) were to study the general condition and process of people's political participation towards the local government organization, municipality model: a case study of 3 municipalities in Khon San District. Chaiyaphum (2) to analyze the process of people's political participation towards the local government organization; Forms of municipalities, case studies of 3 municipalities in Khon San District Chaiyaphum (3) to present guidelines in the process of people's political participation to the local government organization, the form of municipalities, a case study of 3 municipalities in Khon San District. Chaiyaphum by applying the principles of Buddhism in accordance with the 7 Apothecary Principles. This research the researcher used a mixed method research method (Mixed Methods Research) using qualitative research.in-depth interview and quantitative research (Quantitative Research) data were analyzed by descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. And content analysis techniques.

            The results showed that: the process of people's political participation to local government organizations, municipalities, case studies of 3 municipalities in Khon San District. Chaiyaphumby applying the principles of Buddhism in accordance with the 7 Apothecary Principles, overall at a high level when considering the classification from highest to lowest It was found that the average was at a high level, i.e. the participation aspect. In the aspect of participation, always meet together forever. followed by participation, not enacting what is not yet enacted, not abolishing what is enacted In terms of participation, respect for the elders in the party Participation in the protection of righteousness in the aspect of participation in unison in the meeting; in the aspect of participation not reaching power honor women and the item with the lowest mean for participation in respect of important places, respectively.

          From the interviews, the key informants saw that the application of Buddhist Dharma is integrated, resulting in people and local government organizations forming a municipality. Create love and unity with meetings and activities at the same time.
