Management According to The Good Governance of Nong Wua So Subdistrict Municipality, Nong Wua So District, Udon Thani Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the management according to the good governance of the municipality. To compare management according to the principles of good governance of municipalities and to propose guidelines for enhancing management according to the good governance of Nong Wua So Subdistrict Municipality Nong Wua So District Udon Thani Province the sample group used in this research was 380 people in Nong Wua So Sub-District Municipality. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts content. Statistics used in data analysis. are descriptive statistics, i.e. number, percentage, mean, and standard deviation for general data. The inferential statistics were T - test and F - test for comparing management according to good governance of Nong Wua So Sub-District Municipality, Nong Wua So District. Udon Thani Province classified by gender, age, educational level and occupation.

          The results showed that Management according to good governance of Nong Wua So Subdistrict Municipality, Nong Wua So District Udon Thani Province Overall, it was at a moderate level (= 3.50) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was the value principle (= 3.79), followed by the participation principle (= 3.69) and the side with The lowest mean was the responsibility aspect (= 3.17). Classified by gender, age, educational level and occupation. And different professions there are opinions on the management according to the good governance of Nong Wua So Subdistrict Municipality. The difference was statistically significant at the 0.05 level. And different levels of education there are opinions on the management according to the good governance of Nong Wua So Subdistrict Municipality. No different Suggestions for enhancing management according to the good governance of Nong Wua So Sub-District Municipality are: Nong Wua So Subdistrict Municipality Should focus on the organization, there should be an action plan according to the urgent importance of the development of the unit and the implementation of the plan.
