ADMINISTRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOOD GOVERNANCEOF NA YUNG SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY NA YUNG DISTRICT, UDON THANI PROVINCE

The main objective of this research was to study the administration according to the principles of good governance of Na Yung Subdistrict Municipality, Na Yung District, Udon Thani Province. The sample group was people living in Na Yung Municipality. Calculated from 353 Taro Yamane formulas. The research tool was a questionnaire consisting of 3-part content and statistics used for data analysis. The descriptive statistics were number, percentage, mean and standard deviation for general study of the sample. The inferential statistics were T-test and F-test for comparing the administration according to the principles of good governance of Na Yung Municipality, Na Yung District, Udon Thani Province. Classified by personal factors.
The results of findings were as follows : Administration according to the good governance principles of Na Yung Subdistrict Municipality, Na Yung District, Udon Thani Province Overall, it was at a high level (= 3.97, S.D.= 0.48) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the side with the highest mean was cost-effectiveness (= 3.90, S.D.= 0.69), followed by responsibility. (= 3.87, S.D.= 0.80) and the side with the lowest mean was the participation principle (= 3.73, S.D.= 0.72). Udon Thani Province By personal factors Overall, it was found that sex, education level And careers are no different The proposal of guidelines for administrative development according to the principles of good governance of Na Yung Sub-district Municipality, Na Yung District Udon Thani province should have measures to promote ethics for staff workers, such as ethics training. Rewarding those who do good and punishing those who cheat.
