The main objective of this research was to study the participation of people in community development in Na Yung Subdistrict, Na Yung District, Udon Thani Province. The sample used for this research was population residing in Na Yung Subdistrict. Aged 18 years and over using the formula of Taro Yamane was 377 people. It is a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts, statistics used in data analysis. The descriptive statistics were number, percentage, mean and standard deviation for the general data of the sample. Inferential statistics were T-test and F-test for comparing the people's participation in community development in Na Yung Sub-district, Na Yung District, Udon Thani Province, classified by gender, age, education level and occupation.
The results of the findings were as follows : People Participation in Community Development Na Yung Subdistrict, Na Yung District, Udon Thani Province Overall, it was at the high level (= 3.94, S.D. = 0.51) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the side with the highest mean was decision participation (= 4.01, S.D.= 0.67). Contribution to operation (= 3.93, S.D.= 0.63) and the side with the least mean was the participation in the assessment (= 3.89, S.D. = 0.67).
The comparison of the people's participation in community development in Na Yung Subdistrict, Na Yung District, Udon Thani Province, classified by sex, age, educational level and overall occupation, it was found that people with different sex, age, education Comment on participation in community development. No different.
Recommendations for the development of public participation in community development in Na Yung Subdistrict, Na Yung District, Udon Thani Province include encouraging people to be interested and learn and understand in order to create a positive attitude to social responsibility activities.
