The Role of Administratos in The Development Of Basic Morals in Nong Bua District School Nakhon Sawan Province According to The Four Noble Truths

Abstract

The aims of this research were : 1) to study the roles of administrators for basic moral development of students in Nongbua District School Nakhon Sawan Province according to the Four Noble Truths 2) to investigate the roles of administrators for basic moral development of students in Nongbua District School Nakhon Sawan Province according to the Four Noble Truths. This research was a mixed method: quantitative research and qualitative research. The sample was 196 people by using questionnaire with five rating scales for data collection with the 0.925 of reliability. The statistics program for the data analysis was frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The qualitative research was dealt with the in-depth structured interview to collect all detail from nine key informants and the Content Analysis was presented in a descriptive form. The findings were as follows: 1. The roles of administrators for basic moral development of students in Nongbua District School Nakhon Sawan Province according to the Four Noble Truths. Overalls was at the highest level level (=4.288, S.D.=0.537) and when considering each aspect in descending order showed that was at high level : saving aspect (=4.310, S.D.=0.555), discipline aspect (=4.296, S.D.=0.556), unity aspect (=4.295, S.D.=0.497) respectively. The lowest level was politeness aspect (=3.914, S.D.=0.557).  2. The guidelines for the roles of administrators for basic moral development of students in Nongbua District School Nakhon Sawan Province according to the Four Noble Truths as following: 1) Diligent, administrator set up a variety activity to be on time, not be late, not take a day off too much, not be lazy. Encouraging students help a house works at home then write it down on a notebook for recording a good behavior. Giving some compliment when students did a good job. 2) Saving, administrator promotes students help school saving water, electricity. Students manage their money by write on notebook about income and expense account. 3) Honesty, administrator asks students to do Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) due to promote student morality in order to do good, correct, honest, fair things and work hard. 4) Discipline, administrators encourage students to dress a nice and clean uniform follows school regulations. In addition, take a good care of school properties. 5) Politeness, students well-behaved regularly 6) Cleanliness, school has an activity that helps students are optimistic and happy with the success of others and some activities that students be aware of Health and safety first. 7) Unity, school organizes activities for students to help with work in school and public mind. Students be able to work with others. 8) Kindness, Administrator has activities for students to share things with others. Sacrifice time to participate in school activities.
