The Relationships among Resource Management Affecting Business Performance of Thai SMEs in Bangkok Metropolis

Abstract
This study focused on the relationships among resource management that affects the business performance of Thai SMEs in Bangkok Metropolis. This study is a review of relevant literature and theories. The sample consisted of 2 groups of small and medium enterprises include production groups and service groups in Bangkok with the total of 300 persons. The analysis of data was Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA
The results of the study from the analysis of CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) to prove the appropriateness of the division of variables in each factor (latent variable). The result found that the test results Chi-Square/df = 3.766 Normed Fit Index (NFI) = 0.934 Parsimony Normed Fit Index (PNFI) = 0.939 Comparative Fit Index (CFI) = 0.951 Root Mean Square Residual (RMR) = 0.045, Root Mean Square Error Average (RMSEA) = 0.106 Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) = 0.845. The conclusion of the study considered that the suitability of the model for factorization is good. In addition, the result of the study showed that 3 factors of Resource Management are Human Capital Management. (HCM) Relation Capital Management (RCM) and Customer Capital Management (CCM) influenced Business Performance and found that Human Capital Management factors (HCM) had the highest influence in Business Performance.
