A Study of Logistics Management System of Gourami Farmers Group in Samut Prakan Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1. To study the logistics management system of gourami farmers in Samut Prakan Province. 2. To study the problems and obstacles in logistics management of gourami farmers in Samut Prakan Province Cultivation of gourami in Samut Prakan Province The data were collected from community enterprises, farmers groups or entrepreneurs who cultivate gourami or gourami processing in Samut Prakan Province With 420 questionnaires, a total of 400 were returned with descriptive statistical analysis. Three entrepreneurs were randomly selected for an informal interview.


            The results of the study found that Logistics management activities that affect management efficiency logistics of community enterprises Gourami Farmers Group Samut Prakan Province is packaging activities. This is because the target consumer group is household consumption. Therefore, packaging should be developed to add value and can be upgraded to local products that can be used as souvenirs. It can also protect and extend the life of gourami, followed by customer service, warehouse management, purchasing, spare parts and parts preparation, transportation management, movement. raw materials, inventory management and communication in logistics or information, respectively. can be used as a guideline for the development of logistics management of the business in the future
