Supply Chain Analysis of Sugarcane Leaf for Biomass Using Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Model of Sugarcane Farmer, Khon Kaen Province
Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aimed at analyzing the Supply Chain Analysis of Sugarcane Leaf for Biomass Using Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Model of Sugarcane Farmer, Khon Kaen. The key informants included 116 sugarcane farmers, 8 district agricultural extension office representatives and 10 private sector representatives. The finding indicated that, based on the study, the application of SCOR Model in the process of sugarcane leaf for biomass had not yet been applied by majormants, so the researcher applied the concept and theory of Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Model, which SCOR model was designed in three levels. The first level is the study and overall design sugarcane leaf for biomass process management, the second level is the optimal process management for job description and the third level is the analysis of effects in each process that affects sugarcane leaf for biomass process. The research findings presented the development of the proposed of sugarcane supply chain in sugarcane leaf for biomass process by developing a methodical model that has established operation standards as well as from the results of such research will help reduce effect of continuously global warming in Thailand and sustainably in the future.
