ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารกับพฤติกรรมการสอน ของครู ในกลุ่มโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารและพฤติกรรมการสอนของครู ในกลุ่มโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารกับพฤติกรรมการสอนของครู ในกลุ่มโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัย ได้แก่ บุคลากรครูในกลุ่มโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา นนทบุรี เขต 1 จำนวน 216 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. บุคลากรครูที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารและพฤติกรรมการสอนของครูในกลุ่มโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 โดยรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

2. การนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารกับพฤติกรรมการสอนของครูในกลุ่มโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research were to study the internal supervision of the administrators, and the teachingl behavior of the teachers in educational opportunity expansion school under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1,and the correlation between the internal supervision of the administrators and the teaching behavior of the teachers in educational opportunity expansion school under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1. The sample were 216 teachers in educational opportunity expansion school under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1. Collection of data was by questionnaire which was  0.97reliability. Analyzing of data Statistical methods used to was by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation.

The results of this research were as follow : 

1. The samples teachers opinion about the internal supervision of the administrators, and the teachingl behavior of the teachers in educational opportunity expansion school under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 were at the modurate level.

            2. The correlation between the internal supervision of the administrators and the teaching behavior of the teachers in educational opportunity expansion school under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 were .01 positive correlation.
