บทคัดย่อ

 การอธิบายทางวิทยาศาสตร์เป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการสืบเสาะทางวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อตอบคำถามว่าปรากฏการณ์เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างไร และนักวิทยาศาสตร์มักใช้แบบจำลองเพื่ออธิบายปรากฏการณ์ หรือสิ่งที่เป็นนามธรรมให้เข้าใจง่ายขึ้น งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายทางวิทยาศาสตร์ร่วมกับแบบจำลองทางวิทยาศาสตร์ และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถในการสร้างแบบจำลองทางวิทยาศาสตร์กับความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายทางวิทยาศาสตร์ด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้โดยใช้แบบจำลองเป็นฐานร่วมกับภาพเคลื่อนไหวเรื่อง เคมีไฟฟ้า กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 32 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง วิธีวิจัยใช้รูปแบบผสมผสาน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2) แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายทางวิทยาศาสตร์ 3) ใบกิจกรรมวัดความสามารถในการสร้างแบบจำลองทางวิทยาศาสตร์ 4) แบบสัมภาษณ์ และ 5) อนุทิน สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ร้อยละ Wilcoxon Test และ Pearson Correlation ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่านักเรียนมีความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายทางวิทยาศาสตร์หลังเรียนมากกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และนักเรียนมีความสามารถในการสร้างแบบจำลองทางวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ปรับปรุงแก้ไขมากกว่าแบบจำลองเบื้องต้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถในการสร้างแบบจำลองทางวิทยาศาสตร์กับความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนพบว่า หัวข้อปฏิกิริยารีดอกซ์และการชุบโลหะมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก ขณะที่หัวข้อเซลล์กัลวานิกมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบ
