โมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษา 5.0 ของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษา 5.0 2) เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบโมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษา 5.0 และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของตัวแปรในโมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษา 5.0 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จำนวน 300 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษา 5.0 ของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ประกอบด้วย 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา 5.0 การบริหารจัดการ และการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ 2) โมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษา 5.0 ของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ มีค่าสถิติ ดังนี้ χ2 = 107.889, df = 86, p-value = 0.055, χ2/df = 1.254, GFI = 0.962, AGFI = 0.932, CFI = 0.996, RMSEA = 0.029 RMR = 0.005 3) ค่าอิทธิพลของตัวแปรปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุ ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา 5.0 การบริหารจัดการ และการจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้ ร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวน ได้ร้อยละ 93.4 ปัจจัยที่มีค่าอิทธิพลทางตรงสูงสุด คือ การบริหารจัดการ และปัจจัยที่มีค่าอิทธิพลรวมสูงสุด คือ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร
