การพัฒนาแบบวัดทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัล สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแบบวัดทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลฯ ในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันและ 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของแบบวัดทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลฯ ในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การสร้างแบบวัดทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัล ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับแบบวัดทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัล ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับแบบวัดทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัล และขั้นตอนที่ 4 การปรับปรุงเว็บแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับแบบวัดทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัล
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) แบบวัดทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัล สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน สามารถเข้าใช้งานได้ที่ https://stoutestcenter.com/ ผ่านการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต ซึ่งผู้ใช้งานสามารถเข้าทดสอบได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลาตามความต้องการ
2) ประสิทธิภาพของแบบวัดทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลฯ ในความคิดเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M=4.56, SD=0.60) ขณะที่ประสิทธิภาพของแบบวัดทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลฯ ในความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M=4.29, SD=0.77) การปรับปรุงเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน สำหรับแบบวัดทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัล มีทั้งส่วนที่แก้ไขได้ทันทีและส่วนที่ต้องพัฒนาภายหลัง
