The Development of Digital Literacy Skill Test for Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University Graduate Students: Web Application Version

Abstract

This research aims to 1) develop the web application of STOU digital literacy skills test, and 2) evaluate the efficiency of web application STOU digital literacy skills test. The research methodology includes 4 steps: 1) the development of digital literacy skills test; 2) the development of the web application of STOU digital literacy skills test; 3) the evaluation of the web application usage for STOU digital literacy skills test; and 4) the improvement of the web application of STOU digital literacy skills test.
The results are as follows:
1) the digital literacy skills test for Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University graduate students (Web application version) can be accessed anywhere and anytime via the internet from URL: https://stoutestcenter.com/
2) The evaluation of online STOU digital literacy skills test by experts and graduate students shows the highest level of efficiency (M=4.56, SD=0.60) and high level of efficiency (M=4.29, SD=0.77), respectively. The improvement of web application for the STOU digital literacy skills test involves some sections that can be edited immediately and some other that need to be developed afterwards.
