บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐอย่างมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดนราธิวาส โดยวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ประเมินระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดนราธิวาส 2) ประเมินระดับการพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐของบุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดนราธิวาส 3) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐของบุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดนราธิวาส โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยบุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จำนวน 360 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควตา เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้านความเที่ยงตรงและความเชื่อมั่น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือการมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์ การมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรมีผลเชิงบวกต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
