The Developing Public Sector Management Quality with the Participation of Subdistrict Administrative Organization Staff in Narathiwat Province

Abstract

This study focuses on the development of public administration quality management with participation of subdistrict administrative organization staff in Narathiwat Province. The objectives of the study are 1) to assess the level of participation among Subdistrict Administrative Organizations staff in Narathiwat Province, 2) to evaluate the level of public administration quality development among these staff, and 3) to examine the influence of participation on the development of public administration quality. The research employed a quantitative methodology. The sample consisted of 360 Subdistrict Administrative Organizations staff selected through quota sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire that was validated for both reliability and validity. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that the overall level of staff participation was high. The highest mean score was observed in operational participation, followed by participation in benefits, decision-making, and evaluation, respectively. Furthermore, the results of the multiple regression analysis indicated that staff participation positively influenced the development of public administration quality at a statistically significant level of 0.05.
