The Opinion of Graduate Diploma Program Students in Curriculum and Instruction, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University on Using Social Media for Teaching Supervision

Abstract
This study is survey research with the objective of examining and comparing the opinions of students of the Graduate Certificate program, Major in Curriculum and Instruction, at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University regarding the use of social media in instructional management. The study categorizes the opinions according to gender, age, and experience. The sample group consists of 123 students enrolled in the course of teacher vocational experience training in the academic year 2021, obtained by simple random sampling. The number of samples was determined using Krejcie & Morgan table. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the using social media for teaching supervision. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA.
The results showed that 1) the sample group generally holds a high level of opinion regarding the use of social media for teaching supervision. When considering each aspect in order of average scores, it showed that the benefits from social media supervision were the highest average score, followed by consulting and communication, and coaching on professional training and supervision, all three aspects had a high level. 2) The students with different genders, ages and experiences had similar opinions regarding the use of social media for teaching supervision.
