หลักการความรับผิดชอบในการปกป้อง(R2P) กับวิกฤติการณ์การเมืองในเมียนมาร์

จุดประสงค์ของบทความชิ้นนี้ คือ (1) เพื่ออธิบายว่า หลักการ R2P คืออะไร โดยแสดงถึงจุดกำเนิด พัฒนาการ และการนำไปใช้ในทางปฎิบัติตลอดเวลาสองทศวรรษ (2) เพื่อแสดงถึงจุดยืนและบทบาทของอาเซียนต่อหลักการ R2P (3) เพื่ออธิบายว่าวิกฤตการณ์ทางการเมืองในเมียนมาร์ ณ วันนี้ เข้าข่ายการนำมาตรการดังที่ระบุไว้ในบรรทัดฐาน R2P ดังที่ฝ่ายต่อต้านรัฐบาลทหารพม่า และ องค์กรพัฒนาเอกชนในหลายประเทศอ้างถึง หรือไม่
