Journal of East Asian and ASEAN Studies has been fostered by the Faculty of Political Science, Ramkamheang University in publishing academic and research articles. Moreover, this issue has been also received the great honor by Dr. Pranee Thiparat, the senior lecture at the Department of International Relations, Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University, who published her article “Responsibility to Protect and the Political Crisis in Myanmar” in this issue in accordance with its theme, the concept of non-traditional security. Non-traditional security covers many non-military issues which affect state and human security. This articles in this issue comprise of counter-human trafficking, aged society, COVID-19 crisis and suicide, food security, and water resource management, all of which could help the audience inclusively and comprehensively understand the concept of non-traditional security.
