Abstract

This research aims to study the effect of the services marketing mix (7’P’s) and safety factors on travelers’ decision to visit Promthep Cape at Phuket after the COVID-19 pandemic. Samples of the study were 200 tourists who had visited Promthep Cape, Phuket Province after the pandemic of Covid-19, and were gathered by using the purposive sampling method. A questionnaire was used to conduct data. The data were analyzed by using the Smart PLS technique for analyzing the causal relationship model using the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The results have shown that product and promotion and health safety factors from the epidemic and crimes of body property and accidents influence tourist decisions to visit Promthep Cape, Phuket province after the COVID-19 pandemic.
