การจัดการความรู้ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการจัดการความรู้ของข้าราชการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการจัดการความรู้ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 140 ชุด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การจัดการความรู้ในภาพรวมของข้าราชการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการประมวลและกลั่นกรองความรู้ ด้านการเรียนรู้ ด้านการสร้างและแสวงหาความรู้ และด้านการจัดการความรู้ให้เป็นระบบ ด้านการเข้าถึงความรู้ ด้านการแบ่งปันแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และด้านการค้นหาความรู้ ตามลำดับ ประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมของข้าราชการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านต้นทุน ด้านปริมาณและด้านระยะเวลา และด้านคุณภาพ ตามลำดับ และปัจจัยการจัดการความรู้ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลควรให้ความสำคัญกับการจัดการความรู้มากขึ้น เนื่องจากการจัดการความรู้ที่เพิ่มขึ้น จะส่งผลให้ประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเพิ่มขึ้นตามไปด้วย
