คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ เนื่องจากหากบุคลากรมีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่ดีจะก่อให้เกิดความรู้สึกที่ดีต่องานต่อองค์การ และที่สำคัญประสิทธิภาพของการทำงานจะเกิดขึ้นในองค์การ งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดนราธิวาส ทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 350 คน แบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยอย่างง่าย และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของบุคลากร ในภาพรวมที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 โดยสามารถอธิบายการผันแปรประสิทธิภาพ การทำงานของบุคลากรได้ร้อยละ 54.5 ในรายด้านพบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานด้านลักษณะงานที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่สังคม ด้านความสมดุลระหว่างงานกับชีวิตส่วนตัว ด้านประชาธิปไตยในองค์การ และด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยและส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพ การทำงานของบุคลากร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยสามารถอธิบายการผันแปรประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของบุคลากรได้ร้อยละ 59.50
