ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานนอกระบบ: กรณีศึกษา อำเภอตะกั่วป่า จังหวัดพังงา

งานวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานนอกระบบ และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานนอกระบบ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (purposive sampling) ในอำเภอตะกั่วป่า จังหวัดพังงา จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง และนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และร้อยละ รวมทั้งใช้สมการถดถอยโลจิสติกส์แบบเรียงลำดับ (Ordered Logistic Regresssion)
ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พบว่า ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานนอกระบบส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดี และจากการวิเคราะห์ด้วยสมการถดถอยโลจิสติกส์แบบเรียงลำดับ พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานนอกระบบ ได้แก่ เพศ ระดับการศึกษา จำนวนชั่วโมงการทำงาน สวัสดิการที่ได้รับ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนและระดับสุขภาพจิต ซึ่งแสดงในรูปของสมการ ระดับคุณภาพชีวิต = 17.427 + 0.557(เพศชาย) + 1.550(มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นหรือต่ำกว่า) + 1.304(มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย หรือเทียบเท่า) + 0.606 (อนุปริญญาหรือเทียบเท่า) – 0.322(จำนวนชั่วโมงการทำงาน) – 1.104(ไม่ได้รับสวัสดิการ) + 0.100(รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน) – 1.771(สุขภาพจิตระดับมากที่สุด) + 1.737(สุขภาพจิตระดับเล็กน้อย)
จากผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่าระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานนอกระบบมีความแตกต่าง ตามปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ดังกล่าว โดยเฉพาะด้านเพศ ระดับการศึกษา จำนวนชั่วโมงการทำงาน สวัสดิการที่ได้รับ รายได้ เงินออม และสุขภาพจิต ดังนั้นหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องควรส่งเสริมสนับสนุนแรงงานนอกระบบ โดยเฉพาะแรงงานผู้หญิงให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น เท่าเทียมกับแรงงานผู้ชาย โดยการพัฒนาศักยภาพแรงงานตามกลุ่มอาชีพต่าง ๆ ที่จะทำให้รายได้เพิ่มขึ้น นอกจากนั้น แรงงานนอกระบบควรได้รับการตรวจสุขภาพจิต เพื่อคัดกรองปัญหาความเครียด ความกังวล และภาวะซึมเศร้าเป็นประจำทุกปี
