บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ และ 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลและสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการของคณาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นคณาจารย์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี จำนวน 178 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคมถึงเดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2567 รวมเวลา 3 เดือน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการทางสถิติ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการของคณาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยปัจจัยที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ปัจจัยด้านการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนจากผู้บังคับบัญชาระดับคณะ ( $\bar{X}$ = 4.16, S.D. = 0.66) และ 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลลต่อความสำเร็จในการขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการของคณาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือ ปัจจัยด้านการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนจากผู้บังคับบัญชาระดับคณะ (X₁) ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมและค่านิยมองค์กร (X₂) ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (X₄) และปัจจัยด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง (X₅) ทั้ง 4 ปัจจัยร่วมกันพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 43.50
