การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับการใช้งานตลาดกลางพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ภาครัฐของประเทศไทยในมุมมองของผู้ขาย โดยบูรณาการกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัยจากแนวคิดเทคโนโลยี องค์กร สิ่งแวดล้อม ร่วมกับทฤษฎีการยอมรับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับความไว้วางใจ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลาง ขนาดย่อม และขนาดย่อยที่จำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์โอทอป ผ่านตลาดกลางพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ภาครัฐจำนวน 203 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคสมการโครงสร้างกำลังสองน้อยที่สุดบางส่วน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้ประโยชน์มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความไว้วางใจ ทัศนคติ และการยอมรับในการใช้ตลาดกลางพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ภาครัฐ ในขณะที่ชื่อเสียงของเว็บไซต์มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อการยอมรับการใช้งาน นอกจากนี้ความไว้วางใจมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อทัศนคติที่มีต่อการใช้งาน และทัศนคติมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อการยอมรับการใช้งาน ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้พัฒนากลยุทธ์ส่งเสริมการใช้งานระบบผ่านการสื่อสารประโยชน์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ มาตรการสร้างความไว้วางใจด้วยระบบความปลอดภัยที่เข้มแข็ง การรักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพบริการเพื่อสร้างชื่อเสียงที่ดี และการส่งเสริมทัศนคติเชิงบวกผ่านกรณีศึกษาความสำเร็จและโครงการฝึกอบรมที่เหมาะสม
