บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการพัฒนาทักษะด้านคนและสังคมของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ตอนล่างของประเทศไทย และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของการพัฒนาทักษะดังกล่าวต่อการหนุนเสริมสู่การเป็นผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดเล็กในประเทศไทย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในมหาวิทยาลัยกลุ่ม 2 ในภาคใต้ตอนล่าง จำนวน 400 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.95 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (CFA) ใช้การวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง (SEM) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนาทักษะด้านคนและสังคมของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยทักษะภาวะผู้นำมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือทักษะการคิด การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น และการถามและฟัง ตามลำดับ ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน พบว่า โมเดลการวัดการพัฒนาทักษะด้านคนและสังคมของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี โดยพิจารณาจากดัชนีตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานทุกตัวประกอบด้วยค่าสถิติไค-สแควร์ (x2) เท่ากับ 5.73, ค่าองศาอิสระ (df) เท่ากับ 3, ค่า p-value เท่ากับ 0.125, ดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้อง (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.99 ดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้องที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.97 และค่าดัชนีรากของกำลังสองเฉลี่ยของส่วนเหลือ (RMR) เท่ากับ 0.0018 แสดงว่าโมเดลการพัฒนาทักษะด้านคนและสังคมที่สร้างขึ้นสามารถนำมาอธิบายการเป็นผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดเล็กในประเทศไทยได้และสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ข้อค้นพบนี้ให้คุณูปการสำคัญในการสร้างบรรทัดฐานใหม่สำหรับการวัดประเมินทักษะด้านคนและสังคมในระดับอุดมศึกษา และเป็นเครื่องมือเชิงกลยุทธ์สำหรับผู้บริหารสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในการพัฒนานิสิตให้มีสมรรถนะที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของสังคมยุคใหม่ได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
