บทคัดย่อ

กล่องสุ่ม Art Toys เป็นสินค้าที่ได้รับความนิยมจากกระแสความชอบสะสม ความตื่นเต้นในการสุ่ม และคุณค่าทางจิตใจของผู้บริโภค อย่างไรก็ตาม การตัดสินใจซื้อยังคงขึ้นอยู่กับแรงจูงใจ การรับรู้ การเรียนรู้ และทัศนคติ รวมทั้งความเชื่อมั่นในร้านค้าผู้ขายและคุณภาพการบริการ ตลอดจนระดับการยอมรับความเสี่ยงทั้งด้านความพึงพอใจและด้านความหายากของสินค้า การวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยทางจิตวิทยา ความเชื่อมั่นในผู้ขาย และการยอมรับความเสี่ยงต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อกล่องสุ่ม Art Toys ของผู้บริโภคในจังหวัดสงขลา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้บริโภคจำนวน 385 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบไม่อาศัยความน่าจะเป็น (Non-Probability Sampling) ซึ่งเป็นผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ซื้อกล่องสุ่ม Art Toys ในจังหวัดสงขลา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ในระดับสูง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า มี 3 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อกล่องสุ่ม Art Toys ของผู้บริโภคในจังหวัดสงขลา เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ทัศนคติ ภาพลักษณ์ของร้านค้า/ผู้ขาย และความหายากของสินค้า โดยสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการตัดสินใจซื้อกล่องสุ่ม Art Toys ได้ ร้อยละ 46.6 ข้อเสนอแนะจากผลการวิจัย คือ   1) ผู้ประกอบการควรออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์และแคมเปญการตลาดโดยเน้นไปที่การสร้างประสบการณ์มากกว่าการขายสินค้าเพียงอย่างเดียว 2) การสร้างพื้นที่ทดลองตลาด (Market Sandbox) สำหรับกล่องสุ่ม Art Toys และ 3) ควรเปิดพื้นที่ความร่วมมือระหว่างนักศึกษากับชุมชน เช่น โครงการออกแบบ Art Toys จากวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น ที่นำลวดลายโบราณ สัตว์ หรือผลไม้ในท้องถิ่นมาดัดแปลงเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์กล่องสุ่ม Art Toys
