ปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภค ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนราธิวาส

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดในการซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภค ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนราธิวาส 2) เปรียบเทียบการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภค ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนราธิวาส จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภค ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนราธิวาส ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างในกรณีไม่ทราบจำนวนประชากรที่แน่นอน จึงใช้วิธีการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ Cochran เพื่อป้องกันความผิดพลาดจากงานวิจัย ผู้วิจัยจึงเก็บกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้บริโภคที่ซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ ในจังหวัดนราธิวาส จำนวน 400 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test, F-test และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุด้วยวิธีแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดในการซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภค ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนราธิวาส โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภค ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนราธิวาส พบว่า ผู้บริโภคที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ต่อเดือน ต่างกัน มีการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนราธิวาส ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดส่งผลทางบวกต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภค ในเขตอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดนราธิวาส อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยเรียงลำดับค่าอิทธิพล ดังนี้ ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ (X1) = .88 ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย (X3) = .86 ด้านราคา (X2) = .84 ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด (X4) = .82 ปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 68.62 ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางสำหรับผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจออนไลน์ โดยควรให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาด้านผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นลำดับแรก การพัฒนาคุณภาพสินค้า ความน่าเชื่อถือ รายละเอียดสินค้า และภาพลักษณ์ของสินค้า เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภค
