Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of factors in the number of 6 aspects 2) to study the level of success of risk management in schools 3) to study the relationship between the factors of 6 aspects related to the success of risk management in schools and 4) to analyze factors affecting the success of risk management in school under the Office of Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area 2, the sample group used in the research was 300 administrators and teachers in school. Using multi-stage random sampling. The tools used in the research were questionnaires. Statistics used in data analysis including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis in steps.
The results of the study were as follows:
1) The level of factors in the amount of 6 aspects as a whole and each aspect is at a high level. Sorting in descending order is quality communication, followed by executive support. In monitoring risk management processes in the assessment of risk management personnel development the side with the final mean value is the continuous operation.
2) Success factor for risk management in school overall and each aspect is at a high level sorted in descending order In terms of information technology, followed by financial operations, while the last average is strategy
3) 6 factors for success, risk management in educational institutions under the office of primary education service area, Samutprakan district 2, had a positive relationship at a high level (rxy = .770) with statistical significance at the level of .05
4) Factors that affect the success of risk management in educational institutions are personnel development. In monitoring risk management processes management support can predict 62.40 percent, can be written as a predictive equation in the standard form is
