Main Article Content
Abstract
This study applied the Responsive Evaluation Model to evaluate the Project on Developing Learners toward Becoming Creative Innovators in the 21st Century: A Case Study of Anuban Thippaya Lom Sak School. Stakeholders' issues and concerns were organized through a systems-thinking framework into five dimensions: context, input, process, product, and impact. Informants totaled 668 participants, comprising 2 administrators, 32 teachers, 617 students, 12 parent representatives, and 5 community representatives. Research instruments consisted of assessment forms on the appropriateness of technological media, innovator skills, and student work, together with five interview forms. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and analytic induction. The results indicated that; (1) in terms of context, the project objectives aligned with the school context, community needs, and parental expectations; (2) in terms of input, resources were adequate and ready across all dimensions including teachers' knowledge, teacher sufficiency, technological media, materials and equipment, internal and external learning resources, and budget, and represented good value for learners; (3) in terms of process, the integrated learning activities and academic camps were appropriate; (4) in terms of product, students' innovator skills were rated at a good level overall, with sub-skills ranging from good to very good, and students' works were rated at a very good level; and (5) in terms of impact, systematic project management ensured no disruption to regular instruction, while students' innovative works were concretely applied to address community problems.
