Abstract
An education quality assurance, a part of the educational management
process, needs practicing continually and systematically by personal
participation for the institute success of an education quality assurance. The research aimed to study factors affecting personal participation in education
quality assurance of Humanities and Social Sciences faculty members,
Rajabhat Mahasarakham University, through the simple random sampling. The
questionnaire was for collecting data, including Canonical Correlation for
testing hypotheses, and Chi-square for testing significance. The findings
indicated that factors affecting personal participation in education quality
assurance were an attitude toward participation, a motivation at work.
