Facilities Management of Hotel Environment to Accommodate Senior Citizen by the way of Universal Design

Abstract
Nowadays, senior tourists are considered to be a high potential tourist group in term of time and money spending for their travelling. Therefore, entrepreneurs should pay more attention on this matter in order to meet the most of their needs; both for physical, wellbeing, emotion and social. This article was aimed to state issues regarding to facilities management in hotel for senior tourists. A-one Pattaya Beach Resort was selected to be analyzed according to the concept of Universal Design. Also together with a comparison by an accommodation standard for tourism (hotel) set up by Department of Tourism, Thailand. To create a guideline and support hotel entrepreneurs to reach their capability in order to response to the need of this tourist segment in others hotel.
