Roles and Responsibilities of Authors

  1. Authors must submit original work that has not been previously published elsewhere.
  2. Authors must accurately and fully cite the works of others whenever such works are used in their own works.
  3. All individuals whose names appear as authors must have made a significant contribution to the work.
  4. Authors must prepare the research article in accordance with the prescribed format, report the facts accurately, and fully disclose all sources of research funding.
  5. The content of the article and all its components are solely the responsibility of the authors.
  6. Authors must clearly disclose any conflicts of interest.
  7. The decision of the Editorial is final.

 

Roles and Responsibilities of Journal Editors

  1. Editors are responsible for managing and publishing the journal in accordance with its prescribed policies and directions.
  2. Editors must rigorously screen and select articles for publication, with the aim of ensuring high quality and providing value to readers.
  3. Editors shall select articles for publication only after they have undergone the peer-review process, considering their significance, originality, clarity, and relevance of content.
  4. Editors must seriously examine articles for plagiarism using reliable and recognized plagiarism-detection software.
  5. Editors must suspend the review process if plagiarism is detected in a submitted article and reject it accordingly.
  6. Editors must not disclose information about authors or reviewers to any unauthorized individuals.
  7. The decision of the Editorial is final.

 

Roles and Responsibilities of Reviewers

  1. Reviewers must act with professional integrity, remain impartial, and provide honest, constructive, and objective feedback that contributes to improving the article to meet academic standards.
  2. Reviewers should evaluate only articles within their area of expertise, focusing on the quality of the work and avoiding personal opinions that are not supported by evidence when making recommendations or decisions.
  3. Reviewers should provide constructive suggestions and identify significant and relevant research works that align with the article under review but have not been cited by the authors.
  4. If reviewers become aware of any conflict of interest with the authors, they must inform the Journal Editor and decline to review the article.
  5. If reviewers identify overlap or similarity between the article under review and other published works, they must notify the editor.
  6. Reviewers must not disclose any information contained in the submitted article during the review process.
  7. The decision of the Editorial is final.
