The Effectiveness of the Elderly Cash Allowance Policy Implementation in Nong Phlap Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Abstract
This research aimed to (1) study level of the effectiveness of the elderly cash allowance policy implementation in Nong Phlap Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province (2) study factors of service in the elderly cash allowance of Nong Phlap Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province (3) study the causal relationship between factors of service in the elderly cash allowance and the Effectiveness of the Elderly Cash Allowance Policy Implementation in Nong Phlap Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The samples were 130 respondents, selected by the elderly who received the elderly cash allowance of Nong Phlap Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. Descriptive Statistics were percentage, mean, S.D. Inferential Statistics were multiple regression analysis.
The results of the research could be conclude that; (1) the effectiveness of the elderly cash allowance policy implementation in Nong Phlap Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, found that the overall effectiveness was at the highest level. In all aspects, the effectiveness of the operation according to the policy of the elderly subsistence allowance is at the highest level Sort as follows The process of disbursement of the allowance for the elderly The satisfaction of the elderly And the quality of life of the elderly. (2) Provision of elderly subsistence services Of Nong Phlap Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, found that the overall performance was at the highest level. All aspects are in the highest level. Ordered in the following aspects: the attitude of knowledge and understanding of the operator Public relations Service staff And cooperation of community leaders (3) Provision of subsistence allowance services for the elderly has an effect on the effectiveness of the elderly cash allowance policy implementation in Nong Phlap Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province When considering each aspect, it was found that the provision of elderly subsistence services Cooperation of community leaders Affecting the effectiveness of the elderly cash allowance policy implementation in Nong Phlap Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province in all aspects with statistically significant difference at 0.001 (p ≤ 0.001) level while the provision of elderly subsistence services The attitude of the workers Affecting the effectiveness of the elderly cash allowance policy implementation in Nong Phlap Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province with statistically significant difference at 0.01 (p ≤ 0.01) level and provision of elderly subsistence services Public relations affecting the effectiveness of the elderly cash allowance policy implementation in Nong Phlap Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province in all aspects Except the quality of life of the elderly with statistically significant difference at 0.05 (p ≤ 0.05) level.
