About the Journal
Graduate School Journal, Chandrakasem Rajabhat University
The Graduate School Journal of Chandrakasem Rajabhat University has been publishing for 19 years and is currently releasing its 19th year, Issue 1 (July–December 2024). The journal adheres to the quality assessment criteria for Thai academic journals indexed in the Thai-Journal Citation Index (TCI), classified in Tier 2 for Humanities and Social Sciences. It strictly follows the standards established for academic journals in this field.
The editorial board consists of experts who meet TCI’s assessment criteria, with the proportion of external reviewers exceeding that of internal ones. The article review process employs a Double-blind Peer Review system, ensuring that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other.
Reviewers must possess relevant qualifications, such as holding an academic position and/or a doctoral degree. They must also have expertise in the relevant field and a consistent record of research publications aligned with the subject matter of the submitted articles. Each article is evaluated by at least three reviewers to ensure accuracy and the quality of the published research.

The journal is committed to promoting the academic work of university faculty and external contributors, providing a platform for scholarly exchange and publication.
Scope
The journal accepts submissions in the form of research and academic articles from both university staff and external scholars. It invites submissions across various sub-disciplines:

Journal Standards
The journal adheres to standards set for social sciences and humanities publications. The editorial board, comprising a majority of external experts, ensures rigorous academic integrity through a double-blind peer review process. Each article is reviewed by at least three experts holding academic or doctoral qualifications in the relevant field.
Publication Guidelines and Criteria
- Submissions must be original research or academic articles within the specified fields.
- Articles must be previously unpublished and not under review elsewhere.
- The views presented in each article reflect those of the authors and not necessarily the journal's editorial board.
- Published manuscripts undergo evaluation by qualified reviewers, with authors agreeing to adhere to the journal’s terms and to permit editorial refinement before publication.
- Authors must complete information submission via Thai Journals Online (Thai Jo) at www.tci-thaijo.org.

Publication Fees
Authors are responsible for publication processing fees:
- External contributors: 4,500 THB per article
- University staff: 4,000 THB per article Fee waivers may be granted for articles aligning with strategic university missions or for invited articles, with approval from the university president.
Publication Schedule
The journal is published biannually:
- First issue: January – June
- Second issue: July – December
