The Journal of Graduate Studies, Chandrakasem Rajabhat University has been published in its twentieth year, Volume 20, Issue 2 (July–December 2025), in accordance with the quality assessment criteria for Thai academic journals under the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI). The journal is classified as a Tier 2 journal in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences and fully complies with all prescribed standards.
The editorial board comprises qualified experts in accordance with TCI requirements, with a higher proportion of external experts than internal members. The journal also employs a double-blind peer review process, whereby authors and reviewers are not informed of each other’s identities. Reviewers are required to possess appropriate qualifications, including holding an academic position and/or a doctoral degree, having expertise relevant to the manuscript’s field, and maintaining a consistent record of research publications. Each manuscript must be evaluated by at least three experts to ensure the accuracy and academic quality of the published research.

Journal Standards
The journal adheres to standards set for social sciences and humanities publications. The editorial board, comprising a majority of external experts, ensures rigorous academic integrity through a double-blind peer review process. Each article is reviewed by at least three experts holding academic or doctoral qualifications in the relevant field.
Publication Guidelines and Criteria
- Submissions must be original research or academic articles within the specified fields.
- Articles must be previously unpublished and not under review elsewhere.
- The views presented in each article reflect those of the authors and not necessarily the journal's editorial board.
- Published manuscripts undergo evaluation by qualified reviewers, with authors agreeing to adhere to the journal’s terms and to permit editorial refinement before publication.
- Authors must complete information submission via Thai Journals Online (ThaiJO) at www.tci-thaijo.org.

- External contributors: 4,500 THB per article
- University staff: 4,000 THB per article
Fee waivers may be granted for articles aligning with strategic university missions or for invited articles, with approval from the university president.
