Development of a Happy Community Strategic Plan with the Wisdom of the King In Patueng Sub-district, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province.

Abstract

       Article research is developed from an Oral-presentation at the 6th National and International Academic Conference “Rajabhat Research” 17 August 2020. The objective of this study 1) To study the Socio –Geographic and knowledge transfer of the King's Wisdom of communities in Patueng Subdistrict, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province 2) To develop a Happy Community Strategic Plan with the Wisdom of the King in Patueng Subdistrict, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province. The methodology includes an interview, Non-participant Observation, and group discussion in community forums. In the sample group of 377 people and 40 key informants.
       The results of the research showed that 1) The Socio – Geographic of the Patueng community was Multiculturalism. The social geographic analysis of the communities found that the average score was at the highest level (x̄ = 4.62, SD = 0.61). Found that most focus on having a self-reliant career at the highest level (x̄ = 4.81, SD = 0.49).  And transferring the knowledge and wisdom of the King in various aspects of the community, it was found that the average score was high (x̄ = 4.38, SD = 0.73) and most of them were transferred in agriculture. 2) Developing a Happy Community Strategy Plan with the Wisdom of the King Found that Pa Tueng Subdistrict able to apply the work principles of His Majesty the King Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej Maharajabophon Bophit as a goal and work process in community development with participation.
