Abstract

This article aims to present the process of educational research and development for a systematic and clearly defined process, and the process of developing and examining educational quality. It is found the way to develop a new educational innovation called educational innovation reflecting on the techniques or methods for practice. The process of educational research and development consists of 1) surveying, analyzing problems and needs 2) Innovative development design by setting learning objectives to develop the learning of the learners and defining the conceptual framework of the learning process, 3) Innovative trials by applying experimental innovations in the classroom with clear assessment formats and a summary of the experimental results and4) innovation dissemination. Innovative presentations are recognized and implemented.
