Relationship between Strategic Leadership of School Administrators and Student Quality School Management Worldclass Standard Schools Under Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu Secondary Education Service Area Office

Abstract

The purposes of this research were; 1)to study the level of the strategic leadership of school administrators of world-class standard schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu; to study the level of the learner quality of world-class standard schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu; and to study the relationship between the strategic leadership of school administrators and the learner quality of world-class standard schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu. The sample size was 308 school administrators and teachers in world-class standard schools. A research tool was questionnaires. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation.

         The results showed that the strategic leadership of school administrators of the world-class standard schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu was overall at a high level (  = 3.97). When considered separately, it was found that all items were at a high level as follows: the leaders with a high understanding (  = 4.01), the vision formulation and the anticipation create opportunities for the future (  = 3.97), the operational thinking (  = 3.96) and the factor collection for strategy formulation (  = 3.93). The level of the learner quality of world-class standard schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu in overall was at a high level (  = 3.79). When considered separately, it was found that all items were at a high level as follows: academic excellence ( = 3.87), the world social responsibility ( = 3.84), creative work production ( = 3.80), advancement of thought ( = 3.74) and bilingual communication (  = 3.69). And the relationship between the strategic leadership of school administrators and the learner quality of world-class standard schools was moderate positive correlation (r = .635) with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
