Digital Leadership of School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kalasin
Abstract
The Purposes of this research were; 1) to study digital leadership of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Kalasin and 2) to compare the digital leadership of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Kalasin classified by gender and work experience. The data were collected from administrators totaling 70 persons by using the questionnaires and analyzed the data by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA.
The findings were as follows; 1) The digital leadership of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Kalasin. Overall, the average was at high mean ( = 4.35 ). While considering each aspect, it was found that high mean levels were Collaboration ( = 4.48 ) Innovation ( = 4.33 ), Vision ( = 4.32 ) Communication ( = 4.30 ) and Digital Literacy ( = 4.30 ) respectively. 2) The comparison of digital leadership of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Kalasin classified by gender, it was found that school administrators with different genders. There were no significant differences in digital leadership at 0.05 and classified by work experience, it was found that school administrators with different work experiences. There were differences in digital leadership at a statistical significance at 0.05
