The Development of Using Information Technologies Model for Management and Learning of School Under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) study the state of using information technology for management and learning of educational institutions 2) Draft the use of information technology for management and learning of educational institutions 3) to evaluate the use of information technology for management and learning of educational institutions. Under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 The research consists of 3 steps: 1) Study the state of using information technology for management and learning of educational institutions. The sample consisted of 304 school administrators and teachers obtained by simple random sampling. The tool used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, namely: mean and standard deviation 2) Draft the model for using information technology for management and learning of educational institutions. By group discussion of 5 experts selected by purposive method. by using the focus group interview form 3) Evaluate the use of information technology for management and learning of educational institutions. The experts consisted of 9 school administrators. The tools used were the appropriateness and feasibility assessment of the model using frequency and percentage statistics.

The results of this research found that:

1. The condition of using information technology for management and learning of educational institutes was found that overall and each aspect. at a high level in order of average from highest to least, including information technology for learning management Promotion of learning management creating an atmosphere to promote learning and promoting and supporting the use of media and learning resources.
2. The model of using information technology for management and learning of educational institutions has 4 components: 1) information technology for learning management 2) promoting learning management 3) creating an atmosphere to support learning know 4) promote and support the use of media and learning resources.
3. The results of the assessment of the suitability and feasibility of the use of information technology for management and learning of educational institutions found that the overall suitability and feasibility were at 96.23 percent.
