Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the condition and problem of administration of Phra Pariyatham school dharma department in San Pa Tong district Chiang Mai and 2) find ways to develop the administration of Phra Pariyatham school, dharma department in San Pa Tong district Chiang Mai province. This study uses mixed-methods research design. The total population of 39 images related to the administration of Phra Pariyatham school, dharma department for the academic year 2024, namely 3 executives, 22 teachers, 14 committees, tools used in research, including executive questionnaires And teachers of Phra Pariyatham school, dharma department in San Pa Tong district 25 Chiang Mai province and the interview form of the committee, which has knowledge and experience regarding the administration of Phra Pariyatham school, dharma department, amount 14 statistics, which are percentage, average, standard deviation and content analysis.

The results of this research found that:

1. In San Pa Tong district Chiang Mai province, as a whole, found that the average management problem is at a moderate level. The work with the highest average of the problem is budget management.
2. Guidelines for the development of the Phra Pariyatham school of dharma dharma department. in San Pa Tong district Chiang Mai province. The academic administration is to promote ththeperation as a team in the planning of academic administration. Budget management Is to create an action plan for the fiscal year that specifies plans/projects Report delivery and monitor the use of the school budget The personnel management is to create effective motivation for work. The general administration is to promote the monitoring and evaluation of the study of Phra Pariyatham school continuously.
