The Academic Administration Model Development for Early Childhood Creative Thinking Development Promotion Based on The High-Scope Technique at Child Development Center of Mae Kha Subdistrict Administrative Organization

Abstract

This research article aims to: 1) study the needs of the Mae Kha Subdistrict Child Development Center; 2) create an academic management model using the HighScope technique; 3) test the model; and 4) evaluate teacher satisfaction. The experimental group consisted of 20 kindergarten 1 students. The research instruments included a Needs Assessment Index (PNI), a model validation questionnaire using the Delphi Technique, and a post-implementation evaluation form. Statistical analysis included the Needs Assessment Index (PNI), model validation using the Medium and IQR statistics, with an IOC consistency coefficient of 0.67-1.00, a Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of 0.78-0.89, and a pre- and post-implementation t-test.

The research found that:

1. The highest need identified by the PNI in the Mae Kha Subdistrict Child Development Center was in the area of providing learning experiences to improve quality, with a value of 0.629, indicating that teachers and educational personnel... 1. There is a need to develop learning experiences.
2. The model was evaluated by experts using the Delphi Technique with IQR and Medium statistics. The IQR value was 0, indicating a consensus among experts that the model could be used in the experiment.
3. The model was implemented in a learning experience experiment at Mae Kha Child Development Center with an experimental group of 20 children. The pre-test score () = 2.86 and the post-test score () = 4.50, indicating that the model is effective in developing the creativity of early childhood children.
4. The satisfaction evaluation of teachers at Mae Kha Child Development Center after using the model was at the highest level with a mean = 4.58, supporting research hypothesis 2.
