ผลการใช้ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภูมิปัญญาการย้อมสีธรรมชาติ ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สำรวจและวิเคราะห์ความรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการย้อมสีธรรมชาติ เพ่ือใช้ประกอบการจัดการเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสีจากธรรมชาติ 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ท่ี่ได้เรียนในสาระการเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสีจากธรรมชาติ 3) เพื่อศึกษาเจตคติของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ต่อการนำความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวกับการย้อมสีธรรมชาติมาจัดการเรียนรู้เรื่องสีจาก ธรรมชาติ

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จำนวน 29 คน โรงเรียนปายวิทยาคาร อำเภอปาย จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2555 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้สาระเพิ่มเติมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสีจากธรรมชาติ2) แบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสาระเพิ่มเติมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสีจากธรรมชาติ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.8348 3) แบบวัดเจตคติที่มีต่อการนำความรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการย้อมสีธรรมชาติมาจัดการเรียนรู้ นำมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป

ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้

1. ความรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการย้อมสีธรรมชาติมี 2 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านวัสดุ 2) ด้านกระบวนการผลิต

2. นักเรียนมีคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาเพิ่มเติมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสีจากธรรมชาติ หลังจากจัดการเรียนรู้สูงกว่าก่อนการจัดการเรียนรู้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถติที่ระดับ .01

3. นักเรียนมีเจตคติต่อการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นทางด้านวิทยาศาสตร์มาประกอบการสอนวิชาเพิ่มเติมวิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องสีจากธรรมชาติ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี

The purposes of this study were (1) to survey and analysis of science knowledge related to process of dyeing with natural dyes preservation providing learning on additional science on the topic of natural dyes (2) to study the science learning achievement of second-year intermediate students learned through additional science on “natural dyes” ; and (3) to study the attitudes toward using science knowledge related to process of dyeing with natural dyes preservation providing learning of second-year intermediate students on “natural dyes”.

The samples of this study were 29 second-year Intermediate Students of Paiwittayakarn School, Pai District, Mae Hongson Province during the second semester of the academic year 2012. The instrument used in this study consisted of survey form on natural dyes preservation, lesson plans, the science learning achievements test with reliability index of 0.8348 and the attitude test emphasizing on using science knowledge related to natural dyes. The statistics used in the data analysis included mean, standard deviation using computer program.

The research results were as follow :

1. There were 2 types of scientific knowledge to the traditional process of dyeing with natural dyes, one was material and the other was production process.

2. Students’ post-test learning achievement scores were significantly higher than the pre-test ones at the .01 level.

3. Students’ attitudes toward using science knowledge related to process of dyeing with natural dyes preservation providing learning for additional science course on “natural dyes” were at good level.
