รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการทำวิจัยของผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ความคาดหวังและความต้องการในการบริหารจัดการเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการทำวิจัยของผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา  (2) สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการทำวิจัยของผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา (3) ศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 415 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ประชุมสนทนากลุ่ม ประเมินรูปแบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แบบทดสอบความรู้ แบบประเมินเจตคติและคุณภาพงานวิจัย  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ดัชนีความต้องการจําเป็นแบบปรับปรุง (PNI_modified) และ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษามีการดำเนินการบริหารจัดการเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการทำวิจัยของผู้บริหารและครูในระดับมาก ในขณะที่ผู้บริหารและครูมีความคาดหวังในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความต้องการในการบริหารจัดการเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการทำวิจัยในทุกด้าน รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพการทำวิจัยของผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา มี 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ (1) ส่วนนำของรูปแบบ (2) องค์ประกอบของการบริหารจัดการ  (3) แนวทางการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ และภายหลังการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสามารถพัฒนาศักยภาพการทำวิจัยของผู้บริหารและครูได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The  Management Model for Developing  Research Conduction Potential  of Administrators and Teachers in Secondary School.

The purpose of this research were to 1) study the state, expectation and need of administrators and teachers in secondary school about the management for developing research conduction potential 2) create and develop the management model for developing research conduction potential of administrators and teachers in secondary school. 3) study the result of implementation of the model. The samples were 415 administrators and teachers. Collected by questionnaire, focus group , experts judgment and implementation of the model by testing with one secondary school. Analyzed by mean, standard deviation Priority Needs Index; (PNI_modiied) and t–test. The Results of research found the existing state about the management for developing research conduction Potential in the secondary schools were high level and expectations were highest level. The administrators and teachers had needs of to the management for developing research conduction potential in every component. The management model which composed of 3 parts 1) introduction 2) component of the management 3) Guidelines for Applying.
