การสร้างสรรค์การเรียนรู้กับการพัฒนาชุมชนสู่ความมั่นคงทางสังคมเพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน

บทคัดย่อ

แผนงานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างเสริมการเรียนรู้ให้เป็นพื้นฐานความมั่นคงในชีวิตของชุมชนและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตเพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยประยุกต์ (Applied Research)  มีทั้งข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพที่ได้จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างในชุมชนแขวงนครพิงค์  อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก  การสนทนากลุ่ม  การสังเกต   และ ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณที่ได้จากการตอบแบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ และ แบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของโครงการย่อยภายใต้แผนการวิจัยนี้  โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นประชาชนและเยาวชนในแขวงนครพิงค์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ รวมทั้งสิ้น 581  คน

ผลการวิจัยของแผนงานวิจัยนี้ ได้นำผลการวิจัยของทุกโครงการย่อยมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อตอบวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย ดังนี้  1) การเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้เพื่อเป็นพื้นฐานความมั่นคงในชีวิตของชุมชนนั้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้เพิ่มขึ้น เฉลี่ยร้อยละ 69.98 ส่วนการบริโภคสื่อและข่าวสารอย่างชาญฉลาดเป็นไปในทางบวก อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.01)    2)  ผลการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตเพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีแนวโน้มในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตด้านการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ และภาษาอื่น ๆ เพิ่มขึ้น มีการนำกระบวนการเรียนรู้ไปใช้ในการแสวงหาความรู้เพิ่มเติม และชุมชนมีความเชื่อในระดับมาก ว่าการปฏิบัติตามกฏ ระเบียบและมีความเอื้อเฟื้อต่อกัน จะช่วยให้ชุมชนมีความสุข   3) ผลการสอบถาม เรื่อง ความมั่นคงของมนุษย์และสังคมส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ทุกกลุ่มตัวอย่างให้ความสำคัญกับมิติด้านการศึกษาเพราะเห็นว่าการศึกษาเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่จะทำให้เกิดความมั่นคงในชีวิต และเชื่อว่าการมีการศึกษาทุกด้านจะทำให้มีโอกาสก้าวหน้าทางด้านอาชีพและด้านอื่น ๆ อันจะส่งผลให้เกิดความมั่นคงในสังคมตามมา

The Creativity Learning and the Community Development for Social Security to Support Being ASEAN Community

This research project aims to manage the studying process in order to support the base of life security for entering ASEAN community. This is an applied research which gained the qualitative data from the 581 samples in Nakornping Municipality area, Muang district, Chiang Mai province. The depth interview,  group discussion, observation were used to collect data. For the quantitative data, it was gained from the general questionaires,  the satisfactory evaluation, and the achievement tests of the sub-project under this project.

The result of this project based on the sub-project results which was analyzed to answer the research objective as the followings:  1) the result of the learning process to support the life security for entering ASEAN community was higher at the percentage of 69.98. The result of the wisely consumption of the youth on media and information was positive at the highest level  ( = 4.01).  2)  the  result of upgrading life quality for entering ASEAN community was found to be higher in term of  English and other language usage. And the sample group believe that the use of the learning process to search for the more knowledge, the rule and regulations conforming  and also the generousness of people in the community will lead to life security and quality.  3) the result from the questionaires on human security and personnel society was found that every sample group agreed that education enhance life security. They believe that education is essential for carrying life and give opportunities to get better career and other good opportunities will follow, which lead to social security.
