Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎีหลักการครองใจคนตามศาสตร์สมัยใหม่ 2) ศึกษาแนวคิดหลักการครองใจคนตามแนวทางพระพุทธศาสนา 3) บูรณาการหลักการครองใจคนตามแนวทางพระพุทธศาสนากับศาสตร์สมัยใหม่
การศึกษาพบว่า มนุษย์เป็นสัตว์สังคมชอบการอยู่ร่วมกันเป็นกลุ่ม มีแรงขับดันภายในจิตใจที่แสดงออกมาเป็นความอยากได้ ไม่พอใจเมื่อมีสิ่งเร้า พร้อมเกิดการเบียดเบียนกัน กลายเป็นปัญหาที่สร้างความอ่อนแอภายในสังคมมนุษย์ ที่สำคัญการคือมนุษย์ต้องมี “ผู้นำ” และ “ผู้ตาม”
ผู้นำและผู้ตาม ต้องมีพฤติกรรมที่น่าศรัทธาเลื่อมใส มีความรู้ความสามารถทำให้ผู้อื่นปฏิบัติตามด้านการจูงใจและบุคลิกภาพ เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีมีความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง ใช้อำนาจหน้าที่ให้ก่อเกิดประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล พร้อมนำและตามบุคคลได้ทุกระดับ แก้ปัญหาได้ทุกสถานการณ์ มีความสมารถในการ “ครองตน” บริหารตนเองให้บรรลุเป้าหมายสูงสุดมุ่งผลสำเร็จ “ครองคน” โดยใช้ทักษะการบริหารผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาหรือผู้ร่วมงาน ปฏิบัติตามผู้บังคับบัญชาอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ คือ ต้องมองคนออก บอกคนได้ ใช้คนเป็น “ครองงาน” คือจัดความจำเป็นของงานให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์การจนสำเร็จอย่างสมบูรณ์โดยการบูรณาการนำทฤษฎีตามศาสตร์สมัยใหม่มาเปรียบเทียบและปรับใช้ตามแนวทางพระพุทธศาสนา
An Integration of winning People’s Heart in Buddhism
The research title “An Integration of winning People’s Heart in Buddhism” has 3 following objectives 1) To study theories concerning leader and their principles of winning people’s heart on modern science 2) To study concepts and principles of winning people’s heart in Buddhism and 3) To integrate the principles of winning people’s heart of both Buddhism and modern science
The fruits of study found that the leader’s behavior and knowledge as well as ability have to be respected and accepted as well as be followed by other people and organizations. He has to be confident in himself for various problems solution, and also hase to be leader of different levels of person in all situation of problem solution, The leader must manage himself to achieve the highest goal of working in everyday life and he can run daily life activities successfully, he realizes
