การใช้กระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือกันพัฒนาความสามารถในการดำเนินการงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ของนักศึกษา ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูในโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการดำเนินการทำวิจัยชั้นเรียนแบบร่วมมือกันศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูพี่เลี้ยง/ครูที่ปรึกษา  ผู้บริหาร และนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูต่อการใช้กระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือกันพัฒนาความสามารถในการดำเนินการงานวิจัยชั้นเรียน และศึกษาประสิทธิภาพในการใช้กระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือกันพัฒนาความสามารถในการดำเนินการงานวิจัยชั้นเรียน ของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูระเบียบวิธีวิจัยใช้เทคนิคผสมระหว่างวิธีการเชิงคุณภาพ โดยจัดเวทีสนทนากลุ่มเป้าหมาย  และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ

ผู้วิจัยสังเคราะห์รูปแบบการดำเนินการทำวิจัยชั้นเรียนแบบร่วมมือกันของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูในโรงเรียนสาธิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่เสนอเป็น 4S Model  เป็นรูปแบบเฝ้าระวัง กำกับและติดตามตรวจสอบการดำเนินการของผู้เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด ใน 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้

การศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการใช้กระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือกันพัฒนาความสามารถในการดำเนินการงานวิจัยชั้นเรียนของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูในโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่โดยสถานศึกษาพบว่านักศึกษาทุกคนได้รับการประเมินการปฏิบัติการทำวิจัยชั้นเรียนได้ในระดับดีเยี่ยม ตามเกณฑ์ของคณะครุศาสตร์ (90-100)ความคิดเห็นของครูพี่เลี้ยง/ครูที่ปรึกษา  ผู้บริหาร และนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูต่อรูปแบบการดำเนินการทำวิจัยชั้นเรียนแบบร่วมมือกันพบว่ามีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากถึงระดับมากที่สุด (4.30-4.69)

Using Co- operative Learning for Developing of Classroom Action Research Ability of Full-time Experience Teacher Students in Chiangmai Rajabhat University Demonstration School. 

The purpose of this research are to develop the Co-operative learning model of classroom action research, to study a comment reflected by an instructional coaches/advisors, an executive officer,  Full- time Experience Teacher Students and to study an efficiency of  Co-operative learning model practiced by the Full- time Experience Teacher Students. Research methodology was comprised of qualitative research by focus group discussion, and quantitative research by collecting data. The research has found that:    

Researcher  synthesized the  research  of Co-operative learning model practiced by the Full- time Experience Teacher Students at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University Demonstation School, and presented as 4S Model; monitoring and examining model.

The study of the efficiency of Co-operative leaning model practiced by the Full- time Experience Teacher Students who have worked/trained at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University Demonstration School has found that overall evaluation of the classroom action research, evaluated by the school officer were excellent level. The study of the comments that was revealed by instructional coaches/advisors, the executive officers and the Full- time Experience Teacher Student to the Co-operative learning model has found that opinion  at a high level  to  at the highest level.
