การศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์หลักจริยธรรมในทศชาติชาดกวรรณกรรมลายลักษณ์ฉบับล้านนา

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) ศึกษาวรรณกรรมลายลักษณ์เรื่องทศชาติชาดกฉบับล้านนาในด้านวรรณศิลป์ 2) ศึกษาหลักจริยธรรมที่ปรากฏในวรรณกรรมลายลักษณ์เรื่องทศชาติชาดกฉบับล้านนา และ 3) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของวรรณกรรมลายลักษณ์เรื่องทศชาติชาดกฉบับล้านนาที่มีต่อพุทธศาสนิกชนในล้านนา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วรรณกรรมลายลักษณ์ทศชาติชาดกฉบับล้านนาบันทึกด้วยอักษรธรรมล้านนาลงบนใบลานจำนวน 10 เรื่อง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้พระภิกษุใช้ในการศึกษาเล่าเรียน และเทศนาธรรม มีลักษณะการประพันธ์แบบร้อยแก้ว ด้วยการยกบทบาลีขึ้นก่อนเแล้วจึงบรรยายเนื้อความ เรียกว่าจุณณียบท ภาษาที่ใช้เป็นภาษาถิ่นหรือไทยวน และคำยืมภาษาบาลี-สันสกฤตในการรจนาแต่งแปล ส่วนหลักจริยธรรมที่ปรากฏในวรรณกรรมลายลักษณ์เรื่องทศชาติชาดกฉบับล้านนา ได้แก่ 1) หลักการและแนวความคิดพื้นฐานเรื่องจริยธรรมและศีลธรรมที่มีรากฐานมาจากคำสอนทางพระพุทธศาสนาซึ่งจำแนกหลักจริยธรรมออกเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ หลักจริยธรรมขั้นต้น ได้แก่ เบญจศีลและเบญจธรรม หลักจริยธรรมขั้นกลาง ได้แก่ กุศลกรรมบถ 10 และหลักจริยธรรมขั้นสูง ได้แก่ อัฏฐังคิกมรรคหรือมรรคอันมีองค์ 8 และ 2) หลักจริยธรรมพื้นฐานของสังคมล้านนาอยู่บนหลักการทางพระพุทธศาสนา จารีต ประเพณี และคติความเชื่อของท้องถิ่นที่มีรากฐานมาจากสังคมเกษตรที่เป็นคติความเชื่อจากการสั่งสมภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรม อิทธิพลของวรรณกรรมลายลักษณ์เรื่องทศชาติชาดกฉบับล้านนาทางสังคมที่มีต่อพุทธศาสนิกชนล้านนา ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการศึกษา 2) ด้านวัฒนธรรมและประเพณี 3) ด้านกฎหมายและการปกครอง และ 4) ด้านวรรณกรรมท้องถิ่น

AN ANALYTICAL STUDY OF THE MORAL IN DASAJATAKA OF LANNA LITERATURE

The dissertation consisted of 3 objectives as: 1) to conduct the Dasajataka of Lanna literature in literaly 2) moral and 3) literaly influence with Buddhist literaly in Lanna.

The Lanna’s Dasajataka is considered as the literature that inscribed on the palm leaves by the tham scripts for the Buddhist monks to study and preach to people. The Dasajataka was composed in prose style with the Pali stanza as on introduction and followed by the contents that called cunniyapada easy pali prose to be read or changed before the main discourse is delivered. The language that’s used in Dasajataka was know as the local Thai Yuan and imprinted the Pali-Sanskrit for composing. The moral that appeared in the literature were as: 1) the fundamental of Buddhist ethics that divided in 3 levels vic., 1) the fundamental ethics:-Pañca S²la or the five Precepts and Panñca Dhamma or the five ennobling virtues, 2) intermediate ethics Kusala Kammapatha wholesome course of action and 3) the advance ethics Aµµhaªgika-Magga: the Noble Eightfold Path. Regarding to the Lanna fundamental Buddhist Ethics that related to the tradition, custom and the beliefs that rooted in the local agricultural society. However, the influences of Dasajataka toward the Lanna Buddhist people on 4 aspects as: 1) education, 2) culture and tradition, 3) legal and goverment and 4) local literary.
