การศึกษาปริจเฉทงานเขียนเชิงสร้างสรรค์ภาษาไทย: กรณีศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระหว่างผลงานเขียนโดย ChatGPT กับผลงานเขียนของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเงื่อนไขข้อจำกัดทางภาษาของโปรแกรม ChatGPT ในปริจเฉทงานเขียนเชิงสร้างสรรค์ภาษาไทย โดยเปรียบเทียบกับผลงานเขียนของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 80 ปริจเฉท การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลครอบคลุม 3 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ โครงสร้างเชิงปริจเฉทตามประเภทงานเขียน ความสัมพันธ์เชิงเนื้อหาและเอกภาพของปริจเฉท และลักษณะทางภาษาศาสตร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ChatGPT มีข้อจำกัดทางภาษา 5 ด้านหลัก ประกอบด้วย (1) โครงสร้างปริจเฉทเป็นแบบแผนสำเร็จรูปที่ขาดความหลากหลาย (2) เนื้อหามีลักษณะเป็นสากล ขาดความเฉพาะเจาะจงทางวัฒนธรรมไทย (3) การเชื่อมโยงเชิงภาษามีความถูกต้องตามหลักไวยากรณ์ แต่ขาดความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (4) การใช้ภาษาเขียนมีลักษณะเป็นทางการ ขาดการสื่อสารทางอารมณ์ที่เป็นธรรมชาติ และ (5) ขาดการใช้ภาษาอุปมาอุปไมยและคำศัพท์ที่สะท้อนเอกลักษณ์ทางภาษาไทย ในทางตรงกันข้าม งานเขียนของนักเรียนมีโครงสร้างปริจเฉทที่หลากหลาย สะท้อนความคิดสร้างสรรค์ บริบททางสังคมและวัฒนธรรม รวมถึงการใช้ภาษาที่มีเอกลักษณ์และความเข้าใจบริบท แม้จะพบข้อบกพร่องด้านการสะกดคำ ผลการวิจัยนี้จึงมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการจัดการศึกษาและการประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) โดยเน้นย้ำให้เห็นทั้งศักยภาพและข้อจำกัดของเทคโนโลยี เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนสามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากเครื่องมือดังกล่าวได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเหมาะสมโดยครูควรใช้ AI เป็นเครื่องมือเสริมการเรียนรู้เพื่อช่วยพัฒนาทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงวิพากษ์เปรียบเทียบระหว่างงานเขียนของ AI กับงานเขียนที่มีคุณภาพ
