Needs of Students of Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University toward Academic Service

Abstract
The objectives of the research were 1) to study academic service needs of students of Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University, and 2) to study satisfaction of students of Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University toward academic service and 3) compare the satisfaction toward academic service according to the personal characteristics. The samples were 350 students of Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University. The tool for study was the questionnaire. Statistical techniques used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and LSD. The results of the research were 1) the first five highest academic service needs of students were foreign language, public mind, research, computer program, and sanitation, 2) as a whole, satisfaction of students of Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University toward academic service were at high level. Level of lectures, academic service courses, procedures, facilities, staffs, and applications were at high level. And 3) the students of different faculty were satisfied with academic service at statistically significant difference level of .05.
